  • Near A46
  • The pin marks the spot.

The Devil's house is under the hill, and this is its chimney.

The Devil's Chimney is a crooked limestone pillar on Leckhampton Hill. Wikipedia says the Devil threw stones at churchgoers, but they were turned back on him and drove him underground; the pillar is the chimney of his home. Visitors once left coins on it. The Leckhampton Hill group says a likely explanation is quarrying.
