Throw yourself down a hill after a cheese.

Every Spring Bank Holiday, people race down the steep Cooper's Hill after a Double Gloucester cheese. Wikipedia says the earliest record is from 1836, but it may be older. The Guardian and the Stroud News reported the 2026 races, won by people from Germany and the Netherlands among others.
