Two sisters, one church.

Ormskirk church has both a tower and a spire. Legend says Orm's two daughters could not agree which to build, so both went up. The church says this has 'nothing to do with obstinate sisters': the tower was added in the 16th century to house bells from dissolved Burscough Priory.
