A king between two crosses.

In St Andrew's churchyard, two tall cross shafts and four hogback stones form the Giant's Grave. Local tradition links it to Owen Caesarius, King of Cumbria between 920 and 937, but the Cumbria County History Trust says the monument is really a group of Viking-Age carved stones.
