A cliff-top park falling into the sea, and smugglers who never left.

Blackgang Chine, on the crumbling south-west coast, is Britain's oldest amusement park, opened in 1843 on a cliff that has been sliding into the sea ever since. Its name is often linked to smuggling. Wikipedia says the park is frequently associated with ghosts, especially of smugglers, with several sightings around the park. In 2008, it says, a video was recorded which seemed to show a girl in a blue dress. Nothing older than the smuggling stories is recorded in the fetched text, and no other fetched source covers the haunting.
